I don’t believe in compromise.
I believe in art.
And that each human is an artist on a journey to discover exactly how their art can bring the world closer to the expression of the love of spirit.
Business is a practical vehicle for this art that dramatically increases the chances of being able to eat while doing what you love. When you get it right, you can thrive.
It should come as no surprise that I’m not much of a team player. At least nothing more than a small team. That I can deal with.
As the team size grows however, the diplomacy filter that most of us were raised with begins to interfere with the vibration of the art.
We don’t want to offend…
We’d hate it if others thought we…
We don’t want to step on any toes but…
Bleh.
We are gifted a very short time on this plane. And for most of us who were raised in the prison of the matrix, a good portion of that time is spent figuring ourselves out and removing enough of the dysfunctional overlay to allow us to get down to business.
So time is short.
The work, according to me, is to figure out a way where each of us can show up to do our art in concert with others.
But if you’re compromising on your art, then it’s not your art, it’s something else.
There’s only one of you. The world needs you at your full genius. Why else would you be here?
Maketh no apologies for showing that genius to everyone.
