Getting attention is not free. You either pay for it in time, by waiting, or you pay for it with money.
Money is faster.
Unfortunately, getting your business in front of prospective clients is an acquired skill.
You can just PAY someone to do it for you. Or you can learn how to do it yourself.
The problem with paying someone is that you outsource the very thing that keeps your business alive and allows it to thrive to a disinterested third party. You place the future success of your business in someone else’s hands…someone who will NEVER CARE AS MUCH AS YOU DO, no matter how much money you give them.
That leaves the best option. Which is understanding how to find a stranger and transform that stranger into a lead for your business and developing the basic skills to do that yourself.
That’s something I’ve practiced, a lot, for the past 18 years. I’ve gotten really good at it.
I am good enough that several clients from my past chose to invest tens of thousands per month running lead generation campaigns that I created. I have about 30 or 40 of those campaigns on my computer because we did that month after month after month.
Mommy said it’s not polite to brag. But I found out that keeping your mouth shut about the amazing stuff you can do is quite a disservice to the world. You get that warm but meaningless feeling that virtue signaling brings while countless problems go UNSOLVED in the lives of potential clients. Humble is not the goal. HELPFUL is the goal.
So let the world know how amazing you are. You don’t have to tell them, just show them. That’s what a media platform is for.
On Wednesday, July 16, I’m starting the Making It Rain Workshop. It’s for 10 business owners who want more leads coming into their business.
I don’t have a Silver Bullet, 3 Clickz to Leadz, Paint By Number System that even a monkey could run for generating leads for your business.
Each business requires a custom approach, which is what we’re going to create. WARNING: If you’re allergic to work, this is not for you.
