If I smell the use of A.I. in an email (it’s not hard,) I will never fully trust the sender again.
If, for some reason, the sender is one of those people who knows how to beat the borg into submission so it turns out some acceptable sounding prose for me to read… and THEN I find out that it was created by A.I., those people go into a special classification of deceiver that doesn’t get forgotten.
Some might call it harsh. I call it clear.
From my perspective, using this gizmo to communicate is a sign of four things:
- Someone who doesn’t actually care.
- Someone who is intellectually lazy.
- Someone who is scared to be seen.
- Someone who can’t think clearly and is influenced by the hype of the herd.
These aren’t the type of people I invite over for dinner.
It’s not that I’m better, it’s that I’m on the path to be REAL. And using a tool to create that has no understanding of meaning thinking that is “productivity” is one of the slickest jokes the Matrix has pulled so far.
It is sad.
I have no idea WHAT A.I. will mean in the future. I only know that something that takes humans away from themselves, out of their own experience, further from their power to create from within…is A DUMB MOVE.
A.I. puts on a show by spitting out what it thinks is the best next thing for it to “say” in any one situation.
In the real world, we call a person who does this a WIMP. A chameleon. Someone who doesn’t have a spine. Someone who doesn’t stand for anything that matters.
We already have a medicated population, a scared population, an enslaved (by their own consent) population, a lost population. People who spend their entire lives wondering what they are here for. These are not problems, they are symptoms. It is what happens when humans give away their power, their agency, their sovereignty, their dignity and get little to nothing in return.
What if you actually tried SHOWING UP? What if you were just honest? What if you pursued excellence so completely that the world couldn’t ignore you? What if you stopped entertaining the idea that you aren’t good enough just the way you came and started shining a bright light onto the problems you solve for others?
What if you actually started believing in yourself enough to realize you’re enough?
Thinking less is not the answer. Thinking more, thinking better and being more are the answers.
That’s why I write The Renegade Letter. It’s for thinkers. It’s for big idea people. It’s for business owners who want to be real because that’s the most powerful way to create something that LASTS. It’s for the folks who don’t jump on the latest thing because they know the fundamentals of business haven’t changed. It’s for people who see what’s being dished out to the herd and are looking to eat something better, more interesting, more lucrative.
