Would YOU Hire You?

Would you hire you like you expect your prospects to hire you?

Of course you would hire you! You’re great at what you do! Right?

Or would you not hire you? Well, you don’t really need to hire you because you can already DO for yourself what other people hire you to do for them.

So maybe that’s the right answer? No, you wouldn’t hire yourself because you can already do the thing and that would be silly then to hire someone else to do it, even if it’s you.

This silly line of questioning leads us to a belief many carry that is invisible to most:

The belief is that your value to the marketplace is primarily in the thing you DO.

Isn’t that obvious? No wonder you believe it. It’s true! Right?

Don’t you have to do something to be valuable to your clients?

We think and feel this only because we’ve been trained to believe it, to act like it, to create it and “prove” to ourselves that it is true.

You can attract clients for two reasons:

  • Because of what you do.
  • Because of WHO YOU ARE.

Every resource and tool I create is focused primarily on that SECOND item.

WHO YOU ARE is where all of the value is. It is the real power. For most business owners, it is the most UNDERDEVELOPED AND UNDERUSED asset you have.

The Matrix doesn’t agree. That’s why it makes fun of this line of thought. That why it tells you how silly and idealistic it is to think that WHO YOU ARE carries any real weight in the marketplace.

Even as you read that bolded line above, what thoughts came to your mind? Did that little voice start talking about how you’re “nothing?” Did it start its review of all of the times you’ve “failed?”

When you stop getting hired for what you do and start getting hired for WHO YOU ARE, everything changes.

This shift in perception instantly means that you are marketing an item (YOU!) that exists in LITERALLY only one place in the world. By definition, you have a one-of-a-kind product.

By the law of supply and demand, you have instantly multiplied your value simply by changing your perspective.

So we don’t have to sit there and think up something to deliver that no one else has done. We already have our answer. It’s US!

We are talking about BEING. About presence. About the ineffable quality that pulls people towards you.

But no one teaches us how to understand or talk about BEING. No one trained you how to deliver your story, your perspective, the essence of WHO YOU ARE and how that can transform the world of your clients in a way that leaves people in awe, speechless about your contribution to their life.

That’s what I do. That’s why I’m here. That’s the direction I offer. How to do THAT.

“Science” tells you presence doesn’t exist. That’s the best they’ve got. They also tell you that consciousness is a production of the brain. So right there you know they are lost. The science behind presence is so far beyond their capability they say it doesn’t exist so they don’t look stupid.

You have been given gold and never told how to use it.

You have been walking around with access to unlimited value for the world without any direction about how to offer that in forms that can enrich everyone’s lives…including yours!

You have been told that you are small, and weak and that nothing you can do will ever make an impact in this world.

Just go look at yourself in the mirror. Stare into your own eyes and ask yourself if you think that’s true.

The answer will come in a feeling. Who knows, maybe there will even be tears.

Because everything you’ve been taught about you is wrong. It was used to limit you, to brainwash you, to keep you from ever discovering who you really are. And should you choose, you get to invest your life to discover what is truly there and how to use it to solve problems for the world.

You came with everything. The work is to see it, to understand it, to structure it, to offer it.

That’s the process. That’s the journey.

The only way you fail is if you quit.
