It’s hard to communicate to anyone who’s been trained in the Matrix JUST how unique you are.
I certainly had no idea. I just thought I was “smart.” I just thought I was good at memorizing the stuff in the book, grasping new topics quickly, and getting A’s on tests.
I AM good at all of those things. But since none of those things really matters, I missed developing the understanding of the depth of my true genius as it relates to business.
(If you want to succeed in business, this understanding is something you really need to acquire.)
I make money by giving direction to others that leads them to a fuller expression of themselves and the love of Spirit.
What does that even mean? It means I help people make money by directing them towards the specific expression of their gifts that will connect with the world and allow them to stay true to who they really are.
That’s my genius. I can do it with someone who is just starting. I can do it with someone who runs a $40 million company.
I am a genius.

This has led me to building what many might call a “crazy” business. I get as much joy out of helping an entrepreneur make millions as I do helping another entrepreneur make his first dollar.
This makes no logical sense to most people, especially business people who run things by the numbers. But it makes perfect sense to me, finally…after many years. Because it feels great. In this case, the wisdom of my heart overrules the logic of my mind. It knows something about the importance of this path that my mind can’t yet fully grasp.
Money obviously isn’t the primary motivator, although I really enjoy that type of energy too. I don’t mind having a lot of it. So I welcome it from any direction. I attract that to build the life I want to offer to my family. So that’s important.
But there’s an energy I’m more interested in, and that is the energy of creation. The energy of alignment. The energy of true joy in someone’s eyes as they discover the gifts they are here to share on this plane through their business.
When I look out at the world, at the number of people who endure doing things they don’t like just to get money, I realize I am here at the right place, at the right time.
Because this quiet revolution is just beginning. As people all over stand up, and take responsibility for choosing to serve the world in a way that leverages their most valuable gifts and talents.
