If you forget how valuable you are, your business working with clients will suffer.
This is one of the reasons I publish “Making Clients Pay” every Sunday. It’s to help you remember, to refocus, to re-energize your vibration before you start the week. (Tomorrow the topic is something called “expert blindness” and how it keeps you from getting great clients.)
The Matrix wants you to forget. It’s your job not to.
The forgetting disease is serious. It is also very expensive.
- It leads to symptoms like no longer charging what you want and simply charging what you think you can get.
- It leads to boundaries between you and a client slowly eroding until the expectation that you answer your phone at all hours or that you return emails within 10 minutes becomes normal.
- Worst of all, the forgetting disease ruins your enjoyment of the gifts you’ve been given to share with the world. Gifts that enrich others and yourself at the same time.
If you’ve forgotten how valuable you are, it is well within your power to remember.
Surround yourself with people who have not forgotten. Read these messages I send to you every single day of your life. Look back at past accomplishments and remind yourself just how talented you are at what you do. Acquire resources that can instantly bring your head into focus. (That’s what I wrote this book for.)
And then take that vibration and mindset out in the world and build your business with it.
Stop reacting to the world and start impacting it. You are the cause. You are the positive force that can make things happen. Never forget to act like it. That’s a powerful piece of the recipe for success.
