Business doesn’t begin with the question of “how do I get?”, it begins with the question of “what can I give?”

This is not what the gurus tell you.

They invite you to take their courses, buy their books, attend their events… all about getting.

For anyone who is here to be in the role of trusted advisor, for anyone who wants to build a business that is sustainable, a business where relationships are strengthened AFTER a sale, a business that truly adds value to the world, this focus on “getting” is a very shortsighted approach.

Prospects are ready for the people who want to get something from them. They have had a lot of practice ignoring those people, avoiding those people, telling them to go away and not come back.

They are ready for you if you choose this approach.

What they are not expecting is a gift. What they are not expecting is the delivery of value with no demand for payment. What they are not expecting is someone to show up with their best interests in mind without ever demanding anything in return.

This is real business. This is how you facilitate exchange. This is how you build attraction. This is a modern-day form of alchemy.

YOU. GIVE. FIRST.

It is the truly powerful man who needs nothing. Can you feel the quality of that vibration? Can you fill your entire body with the absence of need? The vibration of WHOLENESS?

A better word for this vibration is love, except we’re not supposed to use that word in business. Because love is soft, and weak and it doesn’t belong in the boardroom where serious professionals are focused on “real” work.

All of these lies we’ve been conditioned to believe. And they are what lead to misery in business.

Did you get what you wanted yesterday in your business? Did you sell enough? Did they like you enough? Did those outcomes affect your emotional condition?

Then you are a slave. I know. I’ve been one too. A slave to condition instead of the ruler of my own internal kingdom.

True power means you become the master of your emotional condition, not a servant to it.

You stop allowing what happens to control you. You reverse the flow of energy and upgrade your vibration to something more in line with the EXPERT that you want to be.

Humans find this extremely attractive. Your prospective clients will find this extremely attractive too.

When you focus on getting, you end up chasing everything you want. When you focus on giving, it will come to you.

“Getting” is an outcome you do not fully control. “Giving” is an outcome you completely control. Which act do you think leads to a richer and more rewarding LIFE?

This is what the media platform is about in business. If you don’t have one, build one. It is a vehicle for giving in a way that can reward you with flows of abundance that no “business blueprint” could ever achieve.

You don’t build this vehicle blindly. It’s not about making “content.” You build it consciously, strategically, for the people you want to serve.
