Every time I get on the phone to discuss someone’s Human Design and how it relates to their business, I feel like I’m talking to a genius. I can see it right on the paper. All of the qualities held in one human form. Capabilities. Ways of being that set this human apart from all others.
This is not how the Matrix trains you to feel about yourself.
We are trained to feel that we are missing something, that we are not enough, that if only we could change X, Y or Z that we might have a chance.
This is all a lie.
The truth is in the numbers. And because I’ve done this work for so long, connected these numbers with someone’s empirical evidence, gotten the feedback, watched the nodding and affirmation of the knowledge when presented, I KNOW THE NUMBERS ARE RIGHT.
What this means is that you are a genius. And the real barrier to success is learning how to see that and then figuring out how best to use it.
I got to the end of my most recent call with someone yesterday and I remember thinking, “It looks like everything you say is wrong with you is actually all of the stuff that is perfectly RIGHT with you.”
Imagine if you believed that about yourself. What would change?
EVERYTHING would change.
You didn’t come here to fail at the game of life or business or anything else. You came to figure out what game you wanted to play.
The Matrix doesn’t want you to know this either: THAT YOU CAN MAKE UP YOUR OWN GAME!
So if you do the work to “know yourself,” then it’s not too hard to imagine what type of game you could play that would align with your greatest strengths and abilities.
That’s what business is to me. It is the act of aligning WHO YOU ARE with the GAME YOU CHOOSE TO PLAY so that you can be RICHLY REWARDED for SERVING OTHERS.
Don’t wait for someone else to recognize your genius. You have to be the one who goes first.
