A.I. is Going to Win

No one wants a fake version of you. They want the real thing.

So to the extent you inject “fake” into the systems, tools and resources you use to grow your business, you will push away the very people you say you want to attract.

Communication is about meaning. A.I. doesn’t know the meaning of anything. When it comes to using it to write, the net product is FAKE. This is obvious to everyone.

Unfortunately, when you’re dealing with humans, common sense is not nearly persuasive enough to keep people from running over the edge. So that’s what they’re doing. They’re clicking buttons, spitting out emails and salesletters and going on their way.

They’re a little embarrassed to admit it at the moment. That may continue to be the case, or the shame might completely disappear in a little while. I have no idea.

It feels like you have to do this to keep from “falling behind.”

What if avoiding this trap is actually how you pull ahead?

If you care about your business and the people you serve, don’t send them fake. They don’t want it. They want YOU.

I work with a lot of people on writing. The goal is to have the experience of the writing MATCH what I get when I’m talking to you, meeting with you, working with you.

If everything doesn’t match, you get confusion. If it does match, you make it easier than ever for prospective clients and customers to say, “YES!”

Just the other day I was revisiting the world of an old coaching client to see what sort of reinvention he was in the middle of. What I discovered was sad.

As I read his weekly newsletter, I knew he didn’t write it. After working with him years ago, I know how he writes. So either an alien took over his body or he outsourced his being to the Borg. I even took a minute to discover the exact week the Borg took over. The exact newsletter issue where this real human being with limitless value to offer to the world took a backseat to a word formula gizmo that excels at only one thing when it comes to writing: making human life force disappear.

Can you imagine sending an A.I. bot to attend your child’s birthday party? To console him when he loses his teddy bear and has trouble falling asleep that first night? No. That would be dumb. You’d never send a fake thing to such an important event.

And yet the Matrix brainwashes millions to do this very thing with their business. THE VEHICLE that provides the abundance to stay alive.

This is dumb, shortsighted and a serious strategic blunder.

“You’re so serious Jason, lighten up!”

Yes, I am serious. If you’re not serious about your livelihood, about your reason for being here, about using your life for something worthy during the few short years we get to do this thing called human… YOU’RE ON THE WRONG LIST.

Since I work with writers several times a week, I can see what this machine does. The ones I’ve had to “rehabilitate” are smart people. But I knew them in the BEFORE times.

“It just doesn’t sound like you…” That’s usually how the conversation starts. And then, in the next 30 minutes to four weeks, the journey becomes about retracing the steps to rediscover the real voice of the writer and their unique signal for attracting clients and customers.

If you want to use the Borg to send whatever it makes to your Universe, go ahead. Humans do what they want.

For the people who know there is something wrong here. For the folks who aren’t willing to compromise by following the herd (because it usually runs off a cliff eventually), I made something to help clarify another way.

A real way. An authentic way. A way that transforms you into the best version of you instead of infecting your vibration with lifeless bot poison.
