Over a decade ago, I was introduced to a man who represents something in the world of business that few have ever seen.
His name is Srikumar (pronounced SREE-ku-mar) Rao.
He has all of the required credentials of a successful businessman. An undergraduate degree in physics, an M.B.A., and a Ph.D. in marketing from the Columbia Business School.
He also has something to offer the world that goes far beyond any material credential: he has the truth. The truth about what we’re doing here and why and what you can do about it. (You can watch his TED Talk here.)
We’ve kept in touch over the years and have worked on several marketing projects together. We spoke a few months ago about our work and what was new.
While Srikumar is widely known for his Creativity & Personal Mastery course, our discussion mainly focused on his high-performance coaching & executive mentorship.
This is work he does with the people who have “won.” With some of the most successful individuals on the planet. With people who live and work at the “top” and know, deep down, that there must be more.
There is a big difference between being successful and being fulfilled. And while there are tons of successful people in almost every industry and field of expertise you can imagine, there are far fewer who have it all. Both the success AND the fulfillment.
And that is really what Srikumar’s work is about. The annual six-figure fee for his coaching and mentorship makes this a practical investment only for those who are experiencing success at a very high level.
Even so, it is valuable work to guide someone to a fuller and richer expression of WHO THEY ARE.
