Despite reinventing the package I show up in several times over the years, I’m pretty much doing the very same thing I’ve been doing since about 2007. (I basically “package up” valuable human beings and present them to the marketplace in ways that generate prospects, customers, clients and money.)
Over the last 20 years, I discovered that, no matter where you go, there you are!
You can’t outrun yourself, so it pays to get to know that being and figure out how to make the best of it.
When you’re truly being YOU, I don’t think you actually have a lot of choices about the way to go. It’s only when we take the constraint of WHO WE ARE off the table, or don’t properly recognize it because we have no idea who that being is, that we are overwhelmed with the possibilities.
There aren’t that many. Because the best version of you, thanks to the Universe or whomever you choose to believe is in charge, already comes focused for solving particular problems better than others.
Because I’m such a stubborn person, I spent years resisting that. I invested a lot of time and effort trying to be everyone else instead of just surrendering to the truth and figuring out how to succeed as ME. Now I help others do it in about an hour. That’s a much better deal!
YOU are the answer. Literally. That’s not a soft and woo-woo kind of statement. It’s about as practical, strategic and serious as you can get.
BE YOU. Accept the constraint with profound gratitude. (Without it, you’d have ZERO direction!) Make your decisions from that perspective.
