Dissolving the Biggest Obstacle to Your Success in Business
There’s no amount of hard work that’s going to get you there if the pieces of your business aren’t aligned. Alignment doesn’t get much attention with the gurus. You’ll never see its name in lights. It won’t be on the front of a magazine or headline tomorrow’s news.
Alignment isn’t exciting, it’s calm. It’s leveraged. It’s strategic. Alignment, by design, operates “off stage.” It’s what you achieve before you take action. That way, your action can create more results instead of more resistance.
Business owners don’t struggle because they aren’t equipped to make it, they struggle because one (or more) of the pieces of the business aren’t where they need to be for full alignment. Which pieces aren’t aligned? How can you get them aligned? Those are some important questions.
- Spend all you want on lead generation…if you’re sending out the wrong signals, you’re going to attract prospects who won’t want what you have.
- Work 30 hours a day if you can find the time. If you’re solving the wrong problem for your buyers, you’re never going to get paid what you’re worth.
- Develop the best sales presentation in the world, if you’re not able to BE YOUR REAL SELF in the marketplace or have no understanding about who that is and the inherent strengths you have, misery is going to be in your future.
- Go ahead and double or triple your fees. If your mindset is crap, you’ll find a way to give it all back to the Universe.
- Pound the energy drinks and drowned the world in content. If you aren’t showing up in a way that matters to your prospective buyers, you’ll STILL be invisible.
As we approach the New Year, alignment is what will determine how far ahead you move. If your business is full of resistance, that means the harder you work, the less you will get. Alignment is different. It feels like sliding down the hill and having the space and capacity to enjoy the journey as you go.
To help prepare for 2026, I’m making available what I call Total Alignment Sessions. The purpose is to quickly find alignment in all of the major areas of your business.
Each session is 60 minutes and there are 10 sessions available. Enrollment is $997 for a session and you will be sent a recording of the call.

- Human Design – Are you working WITH your strengths or against them? (If you don’t know what Human Design is, read this.)
- Positioning – How have you packaged your business to show-up in the marketplace? Is it better? Is it different? Does it get noticed?
- Product/Service – Are you solving the right problem for your clients? In the right way? At the right price? What options are available for increasing the perceived value you deliver without doing any more work?
- Money – Are you getting paid enough? It’s no secret that businesses make money. Are you treating it like a secret? Are you your worst enemy when it comes to getting rewarded for what you do?
- Leads – It doesn’t matter how many leads you have, what matters is WHO THEY ARE. Are you attracting the right people, giving them the right information, advising them to the sale?
- Marketing – Are your marketing systems providing attractive value and improving the life of your prospect before they even buy? Marketing isn’t something you “do” to a prospect, it’s the story you tell so they can sell themselves.
- Media Platform – The declining value of content means you have to make more to achieve less. Is your Media Platform pulling its weight as the central trust, credibility and attraction creator? Do you have a Media Platform? Or are you just “posting stuff?”
- Mindset – Is what’s going on in your head and your being helping you achieve or keeping you from achieving?
